I moved to the country 4 years ago, and I found out how slow broadband can be with the suppliers. This year I went to VM (First time in 10 years), for a little more cost than BT my previous supplier, (£38.00) which seemed worth it to get the 100MB.
My bills seem to have levelled. However every month I get sent notification of my next invoice. Sadly VM just lumps the discount, but I am told I will be deducted £51.00 (the "price outside the discounted period).
Surely this email should tell you what WILL be deducted, otherwise the exercise of emailing to check your bill becomes "nonsense".
As I am a greenhorn at VM, is there something I am misunderstanding?
Is there something I can do? (I doubt it). It just feels wrong.

Your introductory discount may have come to an end. Time to re-negotiate your discounts....Phone them and select 'Thinking of leaving', then have a chat, if you are not happy with what they offer, tell them you are leaving and changing suppliers....They will call you back before the cut off deadline and make you a better offer.
For example I pay less than you for 350Mb, unfortunately, renegotiation is a yearly occurrence we shouldn't really have to go through.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
