eBay account - changing account holder name & bank account repercussions?

Hello all. I have a doubt. My mother had two eBay accounts, which eventually after selling various items were upgraded to Business accounts.
Now however, with the new rules, we have checked and to be tax-conscious and keep on the legal limits for pensioners,we have updated one of them, but not the other as the sales would surpass the tax threshold.
Now we are thinking of changing this Business account into the name of my father, with his bank account. However, the second account was linked to it, and this would change also the original country it was created on (from eBay Spain, to presumably eBay uk as is were my fathers bank is).
So, I am now afraid the second account might be restricted, as to increase the sales limit, we linked it as the first one had much more feedback and sales, and now the account holder name would change. Also, I have noticed that eBay is quite "quick" to block, or restrict accounts at the smallest change or suspicion, and I am not sure they would take nicely the change of account holder, bank account, and country of bank.
What do you think? both accounts have a certain amount of feedback, and the main one, over 3000+ and wouldn't want to blotch it down, and on doing so, bring down the other account too.

It's unclear from your posts whether the selling activity is selling off personal possessions or selling items that have been specifically purchased or made for resale nor where this selling activity is taking place (UK or Spain)?
I'm not sure about the details on tax limits for pensioners, particularly as you mention two different countries, but if this was looked into in an official capacity, i.e whichever government department deals with such things, the eBay accounts simply being in two different names wouldn't be classed as separate businesses, for there to be two separate businesses every aspect of the trading would have to be, well, separate.
You can run two businesses from the same address but you'd be looking at showing two work stations, no sharing of packing materials or office equipment and things along these lines. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Ebay will forever link the two accounts, regardless of the names on them.
Really, your father should have his own account, which will also be linked by ebay if he shares any link to your mother - just an example and by no means exhaustive - address, IP address, computers.
