Missing Mobile!

Just a warning for those of you thinking of getting an upgraded mobile or contract with SKY don’t do it got !proof of postage showing the weight but they say that they received just the box  ombudsmen have  sided with sky unbelievable !!!

Fairly normal from multiple outlets Amazon etc  , client claims not to have received expensive item .Or client has sent item and empty box .

So disappointed with this outcome
proof of postage and a witness at the postoffice of me sending it back
how can they win this 
They are saying  the package as not been temped and even telling to look for it at my house 
can’t they see the he e weight of the package that was sent back
so upset about this
