Assistance to find an old thread

A few months ago there was a thread where the Parking company had split a number of tickets issued to the same person over several court claims and the defendant defended the case with an abuse of process/legislation which even had the judge scrambling for his white book and subsequently threw the case out as a result.

Does anyone recall this thread as it was more of an unusual one than the norm as defences go and being in a similar position i was looking for this but the new search facility appears poor and i have trawled as far back as June page by page seeing if i could recognise the thread with no joy

Thanks in advance
