Section 75 - Credit card refund

If a section 75 claim needs to be made on a deposit made for a bathroom refurb, would I get a full refund if some items on the invoice are less than £100 and other items are more than £100, or would I only get a refund on the items where the cost is more than £100. If the latter what happens if the sum of the items costing more than £100 is greater than the deposit paid, would I then get a full refund? Thanks
It's just my opinion and not advice.

It depends what has been bought and whether any items can be argued to be a set (eg two matching taps, hot and cold).
Section 75 will cover you for the full amount paid, regardless of tender type.0 -
Thanks I think that may clarify it, for example on the invoice there is a towel rail made up of 3 items, all under £100 each, but in total greater than £100, so I assume that would be covered? It's just my opinion and not advice.0

If they're all needed to make the rail, then yes.0
