CST Law help

Hi there,
I have received a Letter Before Claim from CTS Law and not sure what to do about it. I know there are several different threads about it already but I'm sorry I cannot follow them. I feel like this is a scam and, like the majority of people, would prefer not to pay it but I am concerned about the impact upon my credit rating etc. that a CCJ could have.
I have not contacted them and so far all correspondence have gone to previous addresses and it is only by chance that I now have a copy of the letter.

Hi
So I am trying to also follow threads on this subject which there are many but it is difficult to follow as ongoing conversations start to use abbreviations to the point I don't know what they are ?
I too have just received a letter from CST Law which is a unpaid debt reminder, reading the letter it is steering me to pay £170 for their client Euro Car Parks, the letter telephone number is the same as Debt Recovery Plus even though they say not to contact CST Law, so I'm confident this is another pressure tactic, It also has a payment date and mentions CCJ.
I read the letters very carefully and its all about "may" "propose" "client" there is nothing in them to indicate any action or steps to proceed to court.
So your letter if like mine is just a front for the debt recovery agent.
My situation is that I want to go to court and get this matter finalised, I entered a car park to turn around in December 2020 and as the entrance and exit was the same I couldn't get out due to the traffic on the road being at a stand still hence me turning around to leave the area, no parking space used, engine running and never left vehicle also have dash cam footage of the whole 11 minutes. I tried to also get CCTV but the local council wouldn't release it to me.
If the court say I have to pay then so be it, but I am hopeful common sense will prevail, ( or maybe not in these cases ).
I initially emailed Euro car parks, no reply just a letter from Debt Recovery Plus and these have been in different forms with the alleged head of their legal team writing and so on.
My issue is with Euro Car Parks not Debt Recovery Plus, or CST Law, the parking charge dispute is with them but they ignore any correspondence.
Has anyone actually been able to have their day in court or will this just go on and on for the next 5 years !!

Follow the LBC stage process
1) email a SAR to the DPO at the parking company ( who is it ? ) , Attaching copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law , but not photo I D , so no passport or driving licence !
2) email CST law with a 30 days notice holding letter whilst you seek debt management advice
Then wait for replies and a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton
There cannot be a CCJ until after a court hearing , in a civil court , plus if you lost in Court you pay the full amount within 30 days to avoid credit rating issues , so preferably as soon as the judge awards money to the claimant1 -
As Redx says above
As CST add on a fake £60/70 ask them to account for the amount. CST don't like that questionCST letters' forum group thread

All acronyms are in the NEWBIES FAQS thread where you would expect. Post #5 of that Announcement explains them.
Post #2 of it is about LBC stage.
There are not several threads to read about LBC stage, only one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
