In process of switching from Green to Avro :(

I had started the switching process early September and my first (up front) direct debit to Avro of £127 was taken on Monday 13th September.

I suspect my balance with Green (c.£35 in credit) will be entirely swallowed up (and probably I will have owed Green at my leaving date) by energy usage since the last statement to my official leaving date which was 20th September.

What happens in these circumstances - will the payment I made to Avro be taken into account in any credit calculation that I should/will receive with the new supplier (I believe there should be overall Green + Avro a credit balance due back to me, although it is probably less than £100)?

Fortunately, I'm not going to be left on the breadline if I lose any credit balance - it will just be annoying.
