Halifax app

Have used the Halifax app for a while. Just got a new phone, Moto G9, copied all my apps via google from my old Huawei P10 Lite and just noticed the Halifax app didn't copy.  Just went to download it from Google Play and it says it is installed (on my P10 Lite) but then says "This app is not available for any of your devices" including the P10 Lite its installed on.  I have just tried the app on my old phone and it works fine, but confused why it says not available for any of my phones. 

Has anyone had any issues with the Halifax app or knows why it is saying this? 

Does anyone know a legit way I can download on my new phone.

Tried contacting Halifax via the Halifax app on my old phone, but still waiting for a response.

Try deleting it from your old phone and download it to your new one

This app is not available for your device.

Just look at the app on play store. I have it installed on my phone but it also says as above.

Is you new phone showing on google play store?

It doesn't appear to be available for my phone either. Either they have increased the system requirements, or something has gone a bit wrong.

Looking on Twitter, it seems a few other people are having the same issue.

According to their Twitter agent (I sent them a DM):

"This is a Play Store issue impacting Android customers with Play Store version 27.1, and we expect this to be resolved by the end of the week. In the meantime, you can still use the browser on your phone to sign in."
