How to make enegery firm extrernal complaint once goodwill payment accepted?
I have had years of conduct from Scottish Power that is clearly beneath OFGEMs standards of conduct, SP have offered a goodwill payment that I doubt the ombudsman would improve upon, so financially there is little to be gained form taking the complaint there. However I would still like to register the complaint with any bodies external to SP that I can - so anyone know if there are any further avenues of complaint if I accept the bill and a goodwill payment?
I may have basis for a GDPR complaint, but any info that could be released would be of no use to me if I have already agreed a settlement.
