Facebook Group Comments Turned Off?

I got a message today on fb "The admin has temporarily turned your ability to post or comment in the group until 27th September" was the message.

I contacted one of the admin people in the group and She said facebook tells them to block members for period of time but they don't tell them the reasons why, I understand it's only temporary but i have never said anything bad or offensive on the articles.

Any one else been the victim of this before, is it a big deal or nothing to bother about.

This may be if your account is compromised, or Facebook thinks its compromised.

New powers were given to admins of these local groups allowing them to limit and block people for posting too much or an offensive word etc. Unfortunately if you are on those social media sites you must adhere to their rules and they will shut you down and put a gag over your mouth even more now with all of the sensitivity around.
I gave up on it years ago, i don't even like my kids using those platforms.
The ban will be lifted however they can keep doing it to you because the group admins were given these powers a few years back to tend their communities, look it up online there is lots information about this.
