Supplier gone bust, cannot access bills
Options
My energy was supplied through Avro Energy, who went bust yesterday. I understand the process of what happens next, but would like to see my previous bills with them, so I know what my usage was and make an informed choice of next supplier. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account on their website, so have no access to statements or bills.
Is there any way of retrieving this information?

There is at least one thread on here recently with a link to an older avro page where you can hopefully access your details0

Has your meter been changed in recent times ? If so there will be a sticker on it - what does it say ? What is todays reading ? Then some simple sums .................Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Avro's other web servers are still active. You can get your statements and other details by using the other web servers: https://assets.avroenergy.co.uk/default.aspx
I logged in and all my details are there - it's the old style website before it was revamped. It appears to be hit and miss - some customers have reported that all their old statements and details are there, and others have said different - this is related to the old version of the site only. From what I gather, the current/new site still works but it's under strain from the volume of customers trying to access their account details. I was able to access my account in the early hours of this morning and view all my details. Hopefully the current/new site will work for more users as time goes on. Avro posted a message on the new site saying that they're experiencing high volume of customers accessing the site and to try again later.1 -
Thanks so much lloydyyy. I followed your link and have now downloaded all my information. Sure I'll be getting charged more by my new supplier, but at least now I can make a comparison.0
