Day 2 tests after the 4th (help)

I have looked but i have not come across the answers,

We are traveling to Spain (Barcelona for a city break) We fly out the 7th Oct and come back on the 11th Oct. We are both doubled vaccinated with pfizer, We have the NHS app and Covid pass letter. We was told all we need is a Day 2 test after we get back.

We are unsure, I have looked and was wondering what do we need to book, The lists on the site for traveling after the 4th have not been updated. Do we just book a normal day 2 test for green list? Also will the code for the passenger locator form be with it when we buy it? (also are they easy to fill in).

Thank you for your help ( I just want to be prepared etc)

There are 436 providers on Gov list who provide Day 2 test - take your pick

The code you need is your booking reference that you will get when you buy your tests -

You can show everything on your phone , but I recommend printing out a copy if you can in case your phone battery goes flat .

You have some time yet and personally I would wait just a few more days in case the day 2 test requirement change does get a date added.
