Broken App Store for charge
missphilippa2890
Observed from 10:42 - 10:48
Sunday19/09/21
Parked in a residents' or shared use parking place or zone without either clearly displaying a valid permit or voucher or pay and display ticket issued for that place, or without payment of the parking charge.
The warden had said that the stations no longer take coins and the app store was down.
Photographic evidence taken so blue template does not apply.

What? I don't understand.
Who 'observed from 10:42 - 10:48' and what did they observe?
Who does the 'warden' work for?
Stations? What stations?
Why exactly doesn't the blue template apply?
Did you read those words "one size fits all"?
Where exactly did the alleged parking event take place?
How is a 'broken app store' relevant?1 -
Have yu not read the newbies, we require MUCH more detail that that. Have you complained to tour MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

This is a Local Authority penalty code. So the OP would be best advised to show a pic of both sides of their PCN on pepipoo forum:

No hotmail emails allowed there when you register, and don't post without pics.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
