Call Out Charge?

I had my satellite dish replaced recently and i did not pay a call out charge because i had the job done on the spot.

Although not too serious i notice about four channels are not receiving a signal, I am worried because I'm not sure if the company can charge me a call out charge for dealing with an issue like this.

This companies only negative reviews were a couple for charging people a call out charge for coming back to fix issues.

Does anybody know where i stand on this because i don't think the issue is my fault as if the job was done correctly i should receive all the channels so do they still have the right to charge me a call out charge?

Wouldn't it be quicker and easier to contact the company regarding your issue with reception and see what they say first. If they say no problem we'll sort it at no cost happy days. If they say we want £xx to come and sort it then you can come back on here with a full story and ask for advice?
Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.

I have not retuned yet because most of the channels are perfect but channels i am struggling with i don't use very often and they seem to come on then pixelate followed by weak or no signal however, if i change channel and come back i find the channels on for about 30 seconds followed by pixilation weak signal etc.
The strange thing is the only channels affected are NHK World, RT UK, Sporty Stuff and to a much lesser extent CNBC.
My other half thinks I'm too fussy bothering if i barely watch the channels.
Do you think retuning would help this, it is an old Humax box.
