I have outstanding credit from Avro after switch unpaid from July 1st

I switched and left Avro Energy ( Dual fuel ) and received my final bill on July 1st . Since that date and despite numerous emails and attempts, I have not received my credit shown as £89.16 from my account.  As I am no longer a 'customer' but have an outstanding credit on my account ,should I expect this to be paid with the help of Ofgem ?
Avro has deliberately delayed and filibustered since I raised this back in August and promises have been reneged on until they have ceased trading !

Your credit balance will be protected under OFGEN rules, whether you are still a customer of AVRO or not. However, it will take  (another) several months before you are repaid
