Really not sure what to do!
Received two letters claiming I haven't paid a parking fine dated 2019 yet I have never received any letters until now. Fine has jumped from £100 to £170 but cannot get through on phone and no one answering emails. Is this a scam? Has anyone else had this before?
thanks

It is niot a fine, please read the newbies. NEVER EVER ' phone one of these companies. IT is a huge scam, about nine million are issued each year, it is all in the newbies, read them and complain to your MP.
Did I mention the newbies? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Read the newbies thread , especially posts 5 , 4 & 2
Name the parking company below
Name the sender of the letters ( Gladstone's or dcbl or drp etc ? )
Do the letters give 14 days notice or 30 days notice ( with financial forms ,)2 -
STOP! Why are you trying to ring a rogue parking firm or their scam debt collector?!
This isn't a fine!
Read the NEWBIES thread second and third posts. You don't pay this but you certainly don't ring them up! These firms are not reasonable and don't have a customer service ethic.
Read any other threads about the parking firm or debt collector and not on a phone. Gen up over the weekend on what to do because we cover this every single day.
You didn't get the first letters because your car logbook address wasn't updated. Is the v5c correct now?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
