Bottom line is, any credit is protected, all rates are garbage at the moment, you're best on a SVR as the price cap is actually helping, providers don't need to compete with each other right now so all unit rates will be 20p/electric and 4p/gas with a 26p/day standing rate, thats just how it is!
Stop trying to switch mid SoLR as you're just causing yourselves pain, if you're with a provider thats going bust, just let it ride, if you're with a 'big 6' provider, boil the kettle, put your feet up and have a brew!
