Calculating energy price cap £ amount for your own kWh useage

So how can I work this out when I’ve only been in the property a few months. Winter has hit, I’m on storage heaters and just running one heater has cost me over £200 last month, as the night rate has gone from 8p to 15p on my Flexible Octopus rate. Others I’m seeing are quoting as much as 43p.
I can’t even afford to heat one room at that price.

It is difficult to predict. I suggest multiplying you current monthly usage by 6, to cover winter, and add half of that total to cover summer. Hopefully you will use less than that, but at least you'll know the worst case to start with.
