Went onto my Amazon Fire TV this evening to find a new look front page and user interface. First impressions are good.

Are you sure it's a new UI, my (latest gen) fire stick was updated months ago and personally I hate the new UI.0

My Firestick is a Gen2 (I think) and only updated a few days ago. It now looks like what's shown on this page:

Gen 2 received the update recently (matches the 4k stick). Believe the new UI was new to the 4k, and retro-applied to older models.
