Completed Case Against VCS Ltd

I've just checked and I've definitely sent two defences, one for each claim as discussed above. 

Any recommendations on what to do? Should I ignore or should I respond asking for more info? The sentence is quite vague and can be taken a few ways.

Just make sure that the MCOL claim history for each claim shows the Defence as received and logged by the CCBC !

Okay I've checked and the defence was only submitted for one of the claims according to the site. The other claim shows AOS being issued. 

I've checked and I've definitely sent two emails. 

Is it possible the second one was struck out due to action of estoppel?

No, CCBC has missed it, as they keep doing!  People have got CCJs due to the CCBC crappy email system.  Forward it again and make sure you get an acknowledgement email back.

As for the other one, ignore that email as I suspect they think they've sent it to ElmsLegal snd they haven't.  He's hit 'reply' instead of 'forward' which is their bad!  Shhhhhh!!

That's astonishing. Here I was wondering when they'd get to it, thanks for the heads up! I've forwarded the 'missed' defence and DQ emails to them, and I've received acknowledgements.

Hey! 

Yes they did, and in fact, I had my hearing recently. Sorry I've not updated much on here, I've been so busy of late that I focused on just getting on with it.

Unfortunately, VCS won the case. The decision was based on the fact that my only point of relevance was "I'd not seen the ticket". And that "all the other stuff about Parking Eye and Beavis had been resolved and they are not relevant...". I was quite shocked by this in all honesty since the car park was really poorly marked....

VCS put together screenshots of supposed reminder letters sent to me on my address throughout the years. Which was accepted as evidence, although I argued this isn't concrete evidence to show these letters were delivered. Therefore, "my only point of relevance" had kind of been disregarded. 

However, I'm paying less than they claimed thanks to the extra £60 being struck out. And the second claim being struck out due to duplication.
