Hello everyone, as title says, I was riding a scooter on Northchurch Road N1, came across a No entry to motor vehicle sign with camera on. Got off the scooter, engine switched off, pushed the scooter through the barrier ( actually pushed through the side of the barrier) then after crossing the barrier started the scooter. Now received a PCN showing only before and after images of barrier, not actual crossing. I am astonished by the engineering of event! Obviously appealed, waiting for the response.

So you DID take a motor vehicle through the No Entry area?
The fact that the engine was off isn't a consideration.3 -
As this is a council ticket then hop on over to pepipoo as MSE deals with Parking Charge Notices and not Penalty Charge notices - see the difference, Sneaky.
