Boundary fence repair quote

Had a quote to repair a wooden boundary fence, which seemed a bit high. The current fence is typical wooden panels floor to about head height, but the boundary drops on the neighbour's side with some block work for this step. Be great to get other opinions to see if it is, or I'm just out of touch and Brexit has sent prices sky high...
The quote:
Alterations retaining wall removal.
Existing fence panels removed and stored at site to be reinstated at end of works.
Removal of existing timber retaining wall, site excavation removing all spoils, to be retained on heavy duty plastic and osb ply sheets to protect existing road surface
All ground works prepared for concrete founds
Concrete found 200mm deep pored and prepped
Installation of concrete block on flat, 11 meters at 1.3 m high
Ground work prepper and drainage installed where required tying into existing drainage
All spoils reinstated, new 4x4 posts installed existing fence reinstated
Block wall incorporating concrete copes tying in with existing property shall have a smooth render finish.
Been quoted just over £7k for all labour and materials.
Is this fair?
Thanks!
