well I used to be with sainsburys  energy for my electric, and all was good. then about 4 yrs ago I got email telling me sainsburys are giving up supplying energy, and your account will be closed, and the supply will be moved to b/g. which it was. and I'm still with b/g. 
so I don't see why I was told sainsburys not going to be doing it any more.

I applied as interested for the warm home discount scheme via Sainsbury's, and it was E-on next that thanked me for replying.
Also, OP can't have received their nectar points if they had only applied this week, only if the switch had completed this week (I suspect anyway).

I applied a couple of weeks ago. Points were added within 48hrs of my switch

Wait for double ukk ok next month then they will be worth £120 although it’s limited to £100 per card you can link another card for a partner

Yes,
switch completed on Monday, points added Wednesday.

Double up is when your nectar points are worth double on your shopping in certain parts of Sainsburys.

Never took part before but as far as i'm aware Tu clothing and Habitat are part of the scheme (maybe electricals)
