Does this quote seem reasonable? Our flat is 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and eventually 2 bathrooms. We've got a boiler for hot water but no central heating just now. Flat is heated by 1 gas fire at the moment so we need to sort it soon really.

Seems a little dear to me but it is a completely new system as there is nothing just now so a reality check would be helpful.

Always get 2 quotes, if 2 bathrooms go with the better hot water output.
£250 between 7&10yrs warranty is it worth it? IMO yes
have you thought about pressurised cylinder ie magaflow etc for your hot water0 -
Hot water output is reliant on adequate cold water flow rate.
If the flow rate is only 11 litres per minute there is no point specifying a 15l per minute boiler.

I would presume the gsi tested the pressure and measured the flow rate before submitting a quote.daveyjp said:Hot water output is reliant on adequate cold water flow rate.
