Hi, i received a fine for overstaying by 45 minutes in a euro car park. Of course i do not want to pay this. I have appealed via ECP using the newbie appeal. Didnt disclose driver. They have rejected my appeal. They have provided a popla code. I do not know what to do after this or what template to use. It was during the day when i parked. Any advice? Thanks in advancem

What happened when you tried PLAN A in the newbies thread, which is not to appeal as the first step? And if Plan A fails you, what do you need to know about POPLA stage that the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread doesn't cover?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You haven't said if ECP complied with POFA 2012 or not either
If they did , then POFA doesn't count and you will have to rely on technicalities , like no landowner authority , poor and inadequate signage , the BPA CoP , the CRA 2015 etc
If you don't want to pay , then follow plan A !1

It was a private car park, the one that takes photo of the reg, so i received a NTK in post. I just followed the template on the post. It was rejected. Now I have a Popla ref number. Just confused as to which template i can use for POPLA as i do not have any evidence.0

As above. I repeat my advice.Coupon-mad said:What happened when you tried PLAN A in the newbies thread, which is not to appeal as the first step? And if Plan A fails you, what do you need to know about POPLA stage that the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread doesn't cover?
Appeal was not your first step. Now play catch up and get it cancelled by the landowner which was the easiest route, not appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can't identify the land owner as it iss just an ANPR euro car park.0

Looks like a case for asking the local council who pays the non-domestic business rates. Some councils have a spreadsheet showing this, others hide behind GDPR.2

It is not a fine, please read the newbies. Have you complained yo your MP?
