The 50 years Cup Noodles competition will run from 18 September 2021 (the “OPENING DATE”) to 31 March 2022 (the “CLOSING DATE”).

Any competition entries received after midnight on the closing date cannot be accepted.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

6. DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS

The winners will be determined by random draw  [performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person] from among all persons who have submitted the required and requested data completely and correctly on the website and who meet the conditions of participation set forth herein.

The prize winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry by 31 May 2022 at the latest to arrange delivery of their prize or with further information relating to booking their trip to Japan, as applicable.

The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

If, after notification of a winning entry, the winner does not respond within 5 working days to confirm receipt and provide any further requested details (such as a shipping address), their respective claim to the prize will lapse. In this case, the Promoter is entitled to draw alternative winners from among the remaining participants.

The participants are responsible for the correctness of their supplied contact details. The Promoter accepts no liability for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the transmission of entry data. Should the contact data provided be incorrect, the Promotor is not obliged to take further steps to determine correct addresses. Any losses resulting from the provision of incorrect contact data will be borne by the participants.

THE DECISION OF THE PROMOTER IS FINAL AND NO CORRESPONDENCE OR DISCUSSION WILL BE ENTERED INTO. 

Please Note:  The Promoter is obliged to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails contact.de@nissin.com within one month after the Closing Date of the competition. 7. EXCLUSION FROM THE COMPETITION

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Further details of the trip will be communicated after the winner has been determined. The winner accepts any changes to the prize that are necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

The 50 years Cup Noodles competition will take place during the promotional period from September 18, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

6. PROFIT DETERMINATION

The winners will be determined by drawing lots from all persons who have completely and correctly entered the required and requested data on the website and who meet the conditions of participation specified here. The winnings will be notified by May 31, 2022 at the latest.

A cash payment of the prize or a possible prize substitute is not possible under any circumstances. The entitlement to the prize or replacement prize is highly personal and cannot be assigned or otherwise transferred
