                    Good evening all
That time has come for me to spread my wings, my DRO was granted 22/9/2020 so therefore my last day will be tomorrow, with no issues.
I just want to say thank you to you for the support, guidance and advise you have given me.
I was a total mess when i was going through the worst at the beginning , but can honestly say a DRO was totally the best decision for me and my situation. My anxiety went through the roof, but as soon as i was granted the DRO a weight totally lifted.
Just remember people's that's at the start, there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel, just reach out.
Many Thanks all

Aw, that's very nice of you and congratulations! I have to agree that when I had a DRO it was the best decision for me too. At the time I didn't have the support of this forum because I just didn't think to ask (probably in too much of a state!) but I spotted an ad on TV and it spurred me on to contact Stepchange, who helped me so much and I didn't look back.
Don't forget that the DRO will remain on the Insolvency Register for another three months and on your credit report for five more years but things will certainly start getting easier. Best thing I ever did, financially. Not just because it gave me a fresh start but it also forced me to learn how to budget properly and manage my money, after years of being irresponsible. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. Verify everything in order to protect yourself as you are responsible for any action you consequently take.0 Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. I didn't have the support of the group until half way through as i didn't know about it. Stepchange were my saving grace, they really did support me and put me at ease.
I have really got in to a routine with ny money and and being so much more responsible, so definitely teaches you to be mindful.
Thanks for the reminder, i had forgotten it will be on my records but doesn't really matter as i will just build myself up from now, i don't really need a decent credit report as won't be needing credit.. Ever.
I will always be around to keep in touch as your all brilliant help 😁0
