Hi, I updated the software on my iPhone 5S and now my voicemail notification is not working. I used to get a visual notification on the bottom right of the screen on the voicemail icon but now nothing. Any ideas please?

There hasn't been any updates to IOS for the 5S for a very long time, or was this an application update?1

So what version of IOS are you now on, must be 12.x.x I suspect?
Have you tried restarting your iPhone, quite often fixes issues?1 -
Thanks. Its a work phone so turn off at the end of the day so restart is not correcting it. IOS is software version 12.5.4TadleyBaggie said:So what version of IOS are you now on, must be 12.x.x I suspect?

Have you checked the voicemail settings, it's possible that installing the update reset them?0

I've never used a carrier that supported visual voicemail, but apparently this is how it set up:

OP, if you're on EE send VM ON to 150, that *should* fix it. If you're with O2 or Vodafone, sorry no idea.1

Thank you much appreciated. I did the following and it seems to have worked Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings. Press Reset Network SettingsTadleyBaggie said:I've never used a carrier that supported visual voicemail, but apparently this is how it set up:
