FE File Explorer lets you copy between Windows, Android, iOS, NAS and cloud on your own network. Link to the Android version.
In Windows use Windows File Explorer to set sharing permissions so a particular drive or directory can be seen, right click and Properties to get there. Once it's shared you can pick it in FE File Explorer and give a user name and password on the Windows machine to the Android app so that it can user that user's permissions to copy things back and forth. You can also use it just to play Windows files on an Android tablet, handy if you're using a large drive as a media archive.0
