That’s great, thanks. Certainly no plans to delete anything but since you commented I thought it worth asking the question!Coupon-mad said:The template is a template for a good reason, to stop people crossing out or discounting the relevance of vital and standard stuff like unclear signs!1 -
The defence has been submitted by email and acknowledged by letter. Thanks everyone for helping, I’ll keep you updated on what happens next.2

Hi again all, thank you for the help at Defence stage.
This goes to hearing in three weeks so I am compiling the witness statement and exhibits to submit early next week. I am aware of the best practice examples from the likes of robertcox999 and kayteeheach and those linked from the stickied thread, but am now rather nervous ahead of the hearing.
I wondered if anyone has any specific advice or guidance for the statement or evidence based on the particulars in my initial post? I’ll post my draft witness statement once it’s ready too. Thanks again

Forget those old examples and read up on the new Statutory Code of Practice that the Govt published on 7th February.
Very recent WS done since that game-changer, include those by @Rickybalboa and @Jerm9218PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
