I've had ongoing problems with edf.  My meter is pre payment.  My meter had been taking 70% of all top ups.  Edf have refused to refund me.  After speaking to them after 8th attempt they offered compensation.  I received a cheque and the cheque bounced.  I have emails from edf who said cheque has not bounced. Letters from bank confirm cheque from edf bounced.  Edf also had me meter reset but cheque was fairly recent last week. What is my ground?
