Are Iceland customer service extremely slow or completely non-existent? 

I made an online complaint 3 weeks ago and have had no response except the automatic acknowledgement one.

I would use Twitter - they respond quickly on there. 
If you don't use it, it's only 30 seconds to sign up.

Since last year's temporary freeze on complaints processing, their speed of response is best described as glacial.  Certain customers have made two or three complaints, but the number of responses has been below zero.  This is unfortunate as they used to be quite quick and willing to do a good tern, the polar opposite of how things are now.  You might have to bear with them, or perhaps negotiate to seal a better deal.  Alternatively you might wait and simply go with the floe.  Puffin' and panting won't get you anywhere.  

What's the complaint, out of interest?  Is it something you bought in the shop?
