Cynergy Bank Authenticator Not Compatible With IOS15

Couldn't log in to my Cynergy savings today as the Authenticator app won't work. Phoned customer services and apparently their app isn't compatible with the latest Apple software update. Without the app you can't access your account, was told it should be fixed soon. Let's hope so!

Thanks for the warning - IOS 15 can wait a while. It often pays to not download updates immediately.

Too late for me. I moved to iOS15 and now the Cynergy Authenticator App will not open. I've tried reloading it but no joy. I've raised a complaint on the Cynergy website.

Was told yesterday it would be fixed by today at the latest. Rang today and it will be be fixed tomorrow at the latest. Apparently you can't withdraw money without the app and they won't do it over the phone. Why didn't they plan for this?

Getting very disappointed with Cynergy.  Part way through opening a second  savings account and my phone updated so I cant do the money move now. I rang some days ago  and they said the I.T. team were working on it.  Another call and their IP type telephone link was so bad   they were unintelligible. A few days later I asked when is  the app going to be fixed and they didnt know as they had only heard about it yesterday! That was a obvious lie  which hasn't helped what I think of Cynergy. Correspondence with others shows that  it was known about 12 days ago . All  very poor. Beware

Thankfully the app has updated and can now log in to my account.
