Teletext holidays no confirmation

hi
I have booked my holiday with teletext holidays and haven't received any confirmation of my booking. The money has left my account and I keep calling and they keep saying give us time as the supplier hasn't confirmed the booking.

Has anyone else had this issue recently? I booked on Friday and still no confirmation on Tuesday.

please help

    Given the atrocious reputation of that company (see all the threads about their dismal record), it would surprise me if anyone on here was going anywhere near them....

    Quite why you would book with them is lost on me as well.

    - Check your SPAM folder.
    - Money leaving your account is probably just a temporary hold on the funds until a booking can be confirmed.
    - Check the terms & conditions to see what they say about time frames regarding confirmation of holiday bookings.
    - Start praying that this hic-cup is the only one you experience with Teletext.
    - Stop searching 'cheap' holidays.
    - Remember in future to do more and better research on who you give your money to.

    Were the previous bookings prior to the Pandemic ?

    I got on contact with them and was able to cancel and should get a refund within 14 days. Fingers crossed.
