British gas switch cancelled
My parents are with British gas and had switched last weekend. They got a letter yesterday confirming the switch checked their online account today and it's showing that they have cancelled the switch. The switch wasn't them leaving British gas but just locking in the tariff.
Have attempted to get hold of British gas has anyone else heard of this? Very concerned for their ages and income

Switch was the wrong word apologies - first time posting.
They took a tariff so they could be locked into the price.
Just panicking as I don't want them to lose the deal

They signed up online from their BG account and the sales order number is still showing on there. They received written confirmation yesterday,
