Land Registry restriction removal
V2001
Me and my parent were tenants in common. We had a form A restriction on our property.
I have bought her share out and she's moved to her new place. There was a solicitor who dealt with the transfer at the time.
But now I realised the restriction is still on the property. How do I remove it. On the rx3 form I don't have the evidence as at the time we had a private solicitor dealing who I can't reach anymore. I don't have the ap1 or tr forms.
Any advice how to removerestriction and with what evidence?
