Kia satnav problem
Now I'm not concerned about paying for Kia satnav updates as such. It if you have paid for an update and there is a bug in the update and to correct it they need to install another update. Can they charge for that.
Personally I don't think they can. Any thought on this.

Is it's single update, or is it a subscription for a period of time? If the latter, then that is as regular as you want in the validity period.0 -

When you say a bug, do you mean a bug that prevents something from working or is it a maps update where new roads don't yet appear.

Kia provide 6 years of updates for FREE. Dealer then may or may not charge for their ramp time. So each update is seperate.Grumpy_chap said:
