Issues with switch from BG to BG Evolve - any thoughts
Back in June I signed up to a new BG fixed tariff. They then transferred my account over to Evolve but not the tariff. I've just found out that I'm now on a variable tariff. Evolve say they can't amend the records because they come from BG and I need to talk to them. BG say my account is closed and they can do nothing. I've been on the BG chat for nearly 2 hours, I've lost count of the number of agents who read the chat history and then just put me back in the queue.
Has anybody else had this issue? and if so, how have you solved it? I'm thinking at this point I just need to cut my losses and find the best fixed rate I can with whoever that is (hoping it's not BG or BG Evolve)
