    £2.5k exactly between 3 flats doesn't seem logical ... it doesn't give a clean and equal divisional share between each property. £2.4k would be more logical. (Even £2,490 gives an equal division ... £830 each ... did you round up the number for simplicity?)

  • Even if it is £2500 between 3 flats, that's a lot of money going into a sinking fund for a small development per year. I would also be checking if they know of works due in the next few years they are saving up for
