How do you access your history with a now-defunct energy company?

We are People's Energy customers. I've read as much as I can here, but can't find the answer to one question I have.  Our energy useage history and bills were only accessible on the PE website. In hindsight perhaps I should have kept a separate record, but it just didn't occur to me. Their website has now been taken down, so does anyone know how I can get hold of that info in order to explore alternative deals?

Try a few price comparison websites.  Several now check the industry databases when you enter your address and show your estimated usage.
