Qib app

Hello,
I’ve downloaded Qib’s app and on trying to register/open a savings account it is asking for both my debit card number and 4 digit PIN number. Would appreciate any thoughts on this as I’ve always understood that you don’t give out your PIN number?
Many thanks
M

I agree. Some savings apps want access to your bank account but it's possible to provide this without sharing your PIN. You should be aware that, if you share your PIN, you will lose some considerable degree of fraud protection. This sounds like something to walk away from.
