PCP Claims

Lots of these at the moment. How legit are they and anyone had success or recommendations for solicitors?
not sure if qualify, but persuaded to go PCP to get discount and refused ability to purchase cash at same price?
also, not informed by dealer of any incentives they got in signing me up.
have all the paperwork where it probably covers them all legally but morally I feel cheated. Paid extortionate amount of interest for amount borrowed and cancelled couple of years into contract. Was paying £350 a month of which £275 was interest!
thanks in advance

There doesn't appear to be any wrongdoing from what you describe.1

It's about claims companies building sucker lists and generating fees through the compulsory insurance policies.

I do believe I was misled, but given the small print (which nobody reads) explains everything then it’s just word against word.
unless I’m missing something.
I did sign up to one but cancelled when they wanted to send an actual person to the house to sign documents while they waited!0 -

There's also still nothing in your post that suggests mis-selling. But if you ever did find a reason for mis-sale, just post it off yourself to seller.2 -
If they are using a crowdfunding model, then the more people that sign up, even if they have no chance whatsoever, allows the company to mug more crowdfunders investing in litigation out of their money by saying they have "x" number of cases lined up.
They can burn both ends of the mugs candle.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
