A lot of people on the FB group have had issues withdrawing from Vinted these last weeks. Some had accounts blocked or banned when they tried to do this. Also customer service have gone AWOL and are not responding to anyone.

Check Trustpilot for more information, but there's also speculation of them going into administration due to a lawsuit in France.
Just a warning that if you have money in your account might be a good idea to withdraw, and be careful about initiating any sales or purchases.0 -
Better to be safe than sorry. I know people who had money in Football Index before they went bankrupt, and this feels like a very similar situation where there were warning signs and people posting withdrawal issues on Twitter and Facebook etc. for many months.
There are also reviews from many people saying their cards were charged multiple times for single purchases, so I also checked my account and everything is OK for me, but I made my last purchases a long time ago. So worth checking account statements if you made purchases recently.0 -
AVOID VINTED AS A SELLER. For the past month Vinted has not been passing on the money from sellers to their banks. This is happening to me and it seems many others. When you eventually get through to customer service they will just give you the run around asking for bank details, screen shots etc. All of my sale were good and Vinted owe me over £100. My only option now is to go to trading standards and kiss that money good-bye😞0

I accidentally paid my funds to a closed bank account (I upgraded my account & they changed the number in error, I wasn’t aware until credits didn’t arrive) vinted said don’t worry they’ll return to you account in 14 days - that was the 8th October, after many messages both to vinted & my bank, vinted gave me 72 hours to prove account was closed so bank provided closing statement & an email, this wasn’t good enough & they’ve given me 24 hours to proved a signed refusal document, my bank say they can’t as the account was closed more than 6 months ago & can’t receive funds which vinted should know, I’ve raised a case with the Financial ombudsman (6months+ backlog) & complained to Mangopay (no reply) vinted now say they’re are closing the case & I’ve lost my £263.24 does anyone know if I can drop anything else?0
