Any reviews of Boomin?

I stumbled across Boomin.com today and was wondering if anyone had used it to find a property? It looks like, other than the traditional rightmove type posting there is a function to 'match' people who are looking to buy to people who may not quite have thought about selling.
Modern day version of putting notes through doors?

They make it very clear that they are a service to help estate agents get more business.
I'm not sure it's really comparable to 'putting notes through doors'.
For example, their Matchmaker feature seems to work like this:- There are adverts by 'anonymous buyers' and 'anonymous sellers'.
- If an 'anonymous buyer'' expresses an interest in a anonymous seller's property, the website passes that information to a local estate agent.
- The estate agent contacts the seller and says "If you sign a selling contract with us, we'll introduce the anonymous buyer. If you don't sign a selling contract with us, we won't tell you who the anonymous buyer is."
It's a variation on the 'old-fashioned' estate agent's line - sign up with us because we have somebody who would be keen to view your property.
And you don't know if the 'anonymous buyer' is a real credible buyer, or just a dreamer (or somebody messing about) clicking on properties they have no hope of ever buying.
Also I suspect that if you advertise as an 'anonymous buyer' or an 'anonymous seller', you might be agreeing to Boomin passing your details to an estate agent - but you'd need to check the t&cs to prove or disprove that.
