Vendors separation and all chain ready to exchange but stopped due to split of sale

It has been over a month since we were all due to exchange and this was put on hold due to our vendors disagreeing with once another about the split.
We are really all waiting for the next step and do not know what to do?
Has anyone else been treated this way or experienced this at all and any advice would be fantastic as we feel very let down by all of this.

If your vendors can't agree on the split then the whole chain isn't ready to exchange...You have 2 options, either pull out or wait.0

You are at the mercy of the party coming reaching a compromise. Life throws up all nature of curved balls. Through the EA issue an ultimatum with a deadline. Be ready to walk away.0

Hi thanks for the advice apparently there has been an agreement on both sides - the move is very big for us as its London to Cornwall so thats why we are stressed as well0

A complex situation over which you've no control. Many unknown variables totally unrelated to the property sale itself.1

By "the split", you mean who gets how much? That shouldn't stop the sale. That's just how the solicitor pays the money out once the sale completes...
The key is in the D-word. They're playing silly sods and refusing to sign to get at each other. You're just collateral damage.0 -
