Maybe if you downloaded it, you'd find out?
  • Looking in the App Store on my phone it appears to be a tool for viewing the progress of your buying or selling transaction.

  • On my App store there are several MIO's.  Which one, please??

I'd not trust any estate agent to advise me on what software to run.  Any more than I'd trust e.g. Microsoft to advise me on UK housing law.

Have you asked what is the use of the app ?
I would be asking that question.

Also ask which one it is.

Guess it's the one described here  Estate Agent App for Buyers and Sellers | Mio

Very low on detail though - you don't need it but it saves the agent making lots of calls when they can just type something at their end and it updates several clients at once
  • We used it. It worked when everything was going smoothly, the EA move manager updated the various bits that were done (we bought and sold through the same agents) and we could use it to contact the move manager too. Once we lost our first buyer we didn't really bother with it anymore though.
