smart meter stopped sending data?
I'm with BG with a SMETS2 meter, check my daily usage quite regularly, every couple of weeks.
I did it today, and noticed there is no usage info since Sep 9th. On the Trillian hub, the WAN light is flashing green every 1 second.
From what I can gather googling, it should be 5 seconds and 1 second indicates a communications fault to the DCC over the GPRS network. I've never really paid much attention to what they mean, but it definitely hasn't flashed as fast as this before.
Anyone experienced this before? Is the hub part faulty, or is there a network issue going on? I've written down my meter readings manually just in case, but as I'm on a smart meter there doesn't seem to be any way at all to submit these readings.
Is there some way I can reboot the hub?

Happened recently to my electric smets2 meter so emailed my energy company and they did something remotely to get it to automatically send readings again. Now the gas meter has stopped sending data, so much for smart meters making life easier!
