    Looks like those Voltacon batteries are out of stock until December. There are some fairly damning reviews of the company so I'd suggest proceeding with caution.

    I dont trust a website which says you can start from 3.5kwh when it's supposed to be much bigger.
    Also says its pylontech,  and is similar size, but apparently 3 times as dense.

    I've found the same battery on Alibaba.com. It looks like Voltacon are just rebranding that one. I'll try to find out how much it will be shipped directly from China.

    I've found the same battery on Alibaba.com. It looks like Voltacon are just rebranding that one. I'll try to find out how much it will be shipped directly from China.
    Any updates on the cheapest battery systems available - current electricity prices mean payback periods may be well below 10 years?

    Ultimately I decided that those batteries were too much of a risk and I've ordered a Givenergy 8.2kWh system for a little under £4k.

    The company is CRC Electrical and Renewables based near King's Lynn. Although the batteries are apparently in short supply so I'm still waiting.
