Just had a quote off someone to get some decking and a pond done, is this a fair price?

Decking 4.65m x 1.2m (placed in front of summerhouse) - Deck boards - Rafters - Blocks - Ballast - Cement - Deck Screws - Membrane (under decking) - Deck boards at side - Dig out pond 1.5m x 2m (2ft deep for wildlife pond)- line with sand - place in liner and pin back - remove waste.

£1385 for everything installed.
