I parked and paid by phone app last Friday. Yesterday received a parking charge with photos.
Turns out this area is 2 car parks and I paid for the wrong one. I have proof that I paid. There is a sign stating that it’s no longer an “Iceland” car park. I just assumed it was all one car park.
£100 or £60 if paid soon.

This is likely to depend on the clarity of the signage, have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
